What areas do you cover?

We provide Fire and Burglar alarm  services across Thanet and East Kent including:  Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Westgate, Birchington, Sandwich, Deal, Dover , Herne Bay, Whitstable, Canterbury, Faversham, Tankerton, Seasalter, and Wingham, 

Can we service any companies burglar alarms?

We only service hard wired Fire and Burglar alarm systems, we don't service wireless alarms. 

The cost of a burglar alarm system service?

The cost is £60.00 every year plus parts as and when required, and there is no additional vat to be added to this price.

Do you provide a service certificate?

Yes we do, we provide signed Portable Document Format (PDF) sent to you by email.

What parts do we often change as part of the servicing

We change the standby batteries located in the control panel box periodically at a cost of £25.00. 

How does a customer pay the invoice?

We accept the following: -

• Cash.
• Cheque.
• Invoice.
• Bank transfer (BACS).

We regret that we don't accept payments by Cards, or PayPal.
